Awesome and Proactive Service!

Tony came out to clean and tune-up my furnace and water heater. He noticed that my gas fireplace looked a little dirty (thick film on glass). I had never thought to have it tuned up so he was able to do so. It looks amazing! Plus MORE importantly he discovered that the safety value was stuck and needed to be repaired. It basically meant that if the pilot light went out the gas would continue to flow! I’ve used Countryside for years now and they are completely trustworthy (after a few dealings with not so trustworthy competitors). Thank you!
